• Responsibilities:
- Job Objective – To achieve sales target and sales margin through managing customer accounts (existing customer and new customer)
- Managing and growing existing customers in a defined territory
- Do business development to reach out potential customer
- Door-to-Door canvassing in a daily basis
- Daily Sales reporting

• Job Description:
- To deliver high level of communication with customer through email and phone calls whilst operating within Company guidelines.
- To assist customer in their inquiries by giving professional knowledge and service.
- To process and maintain customers account and record.
- To attend to and resolve queries/litigations from customers and sales people.
- To receive and process orders from internal and external customers via telephone/fax/email and online ordering whenever necessary

- Minimum SPM qualification with at least 2 years of related working experience in customer services industry.
- Good understanding of customer service expectation.
- Able to work under minimal supervision and to work in a team.
- Ability to multi-task, meet critical deadlines and perform under pressure.
- A confident, enthusiastic and pleasant personality.
- Good communication skill in written and oral English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
